Granola cereal...

I weighed myself this morning and my weight was 246 lbs....not bad....for someone who had begun her journey at 273 pounds....I really need to motivate myself and exercise religiously, this is what I had done to lose the initial weight I had been lugging around.  I am not sure at this point what to do to get motivated one thing I know is I am going to keep eating healthy at least  get that part covered.


Breakfast:
There is nothing as heavenly as a bowl of granola in the morning, there I was sitting, enjoying my granola savoring every mouthful when my eyes fell to the calorie section on the box... five hundred and ninety eight....FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY EIGHT!!!!!!! Yikes!!!!   Needless to say each guilt ridden spoonful did not taste as wonderful as it had been before.


Lunch: 
Since I had overindulged for breakfast and I only have about 1000 calories remaining to chomp on...I had a Swedish Meatballs Smartones and it was actually pretty good, with a little bit of Tabasco....yum....at least yum enough for diet food.


We'll see what to do tonight and I will let you know how dinner will go....see you omorrow!
